Stik Figures is a contemporary percussion ensemble that can perform in many different settings and venues. Their repertoire uses tradition, classical and contemporary percussion instruments that cover the spectrum of sound and bring new meaning to the art of percussion. The ensemble's focus is to educate the minds and ears of their audience to the different ways percussion is performed. Their approach utilizes chamber music, music arrangements by individuals of the group and new cutting edge compositions, along with pedagogical techniques of instruments, to enhance their educational performances and clinics.
